My mom bought raw papaya last day and today I was thinking what to cook with it.I was not wishing to cook some traditional veg or strew with it.So I just looked into the non veg section of my freeze and suddenly those baby shrimps made me think of this dish.It was kinda experimental but came out as super tasty Indian dish with some Italian flavor and yes my mum simply loved it! 🙂

I remember sieneg this a while back and I think I just filed it in the back of my brain, thinking, I buy the packaged stuff, I won’t need it. Well, tonight I needed this recipe! I had almost all the ingredients (no red pepper or oregano), but it turned out REALLY yummy, but a bit on the spicy side for me. I will definitely file this in my recipe box and use it again and not the packaged stuff anymore!!! Thanks for all the great recipes!!! All the ones I’ve used are super-yummy!!!
