Today I am uploading the recipe here separately as I love to use it at many dishes of mine as well. It goes really well with foods from Italian and French cuisine. And as you can see, the recipe is very much easy. You just need to take care of the heat and you have to mix the flour, garlic, butter and milk really well. You need to stir it constantly while making or it will be easily burnt. Mix a little salt with it cause it does not need much and you must mix more after tasting it only. White pepper is optional and you can replace it with black pepper as well.
This sauce can be used as white cream pasta sauce. The delicious creamy richness of this sauce is so mouth watering. You can actually make it tastier by adding chicken broth into it while cooking. - 2 tsp butter
- 1 tsp all purpose flour
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup milk
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp white pepper
- Take a saucepan and heat butter in it.
- When the butter is melted add garlic and fry little.
- Then add all purpose flour in it. Mix it very well with butter. Cook it for 2 mints.
- Now add milk and keep stirring well. Keep low or medium flame.
- Cook the sauce for 5 minutes till it gets mixed properly and starts to boil.
- If the sauce becomes too thick mix half cup water or chicken broth into it.
- Season with salt and pepper before switching off the burner.
