sweet punjabi lassi is a very healthy and tasty type of summer drinks mainly made of fresh yogurt.

  • 1 bowl fresh or frozen yogurt
  • 1-1.5 cup chilled water
  • 5-6 tsp sugar
  • 4 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tsp rock salt
  • 2 tsp finely chopped cashews/almonds
  • 2 tsp raisins
  • ice cubes(optional)
  1. Take a blender.Add yogurt,chilled water,sugar,rock salt,lemon juice and blend very well.
  2. Pour in glasses and decorate with raisins and chopped cashews.
  3. Add ice cubes(optional) and serve chilled.
