chicken pasta with grilled tomato sauce

This is a recipe of yummy chicken pasta cooked with sweet corn,capsicum,hot grilled tomato sauce and with shredded Parmesan cheese.
Ingredients for the grilled tomato sauce
  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • 7-8 garlic cloves,chopped
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2-3 tsp olive oil
  • salt according to taste
Ingredients for the pasta
  • 1 packet pasta
  • half bowl boneless chicken cubes
  • 1 medium sized capsicum,chopped
  • 1 medium sized onion,chopped
  • 3-4 green chillies,chopped
  • 3-4 tsp sweet corns
  • ½ tsp ginger paste
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp parsley
  • salt according to taste
  • olive oil to cook
  1. Take a fry pan and heat olive oil.Add chopped garlic cloves and saute for 2 minutes.
  2. Add chopped tomatoes and fry a bit.Add salt and oregano and cook in low to medium heat.
  3. Cook till the tomatoes are messy and soft totally.Take a blender,blend the mixture.keep aside.
  4. Take a big saucepan and boil the raw pasta till it gets soft.Drain the water.
  5. Add 1 tsp oil into it so that the boiled pasta does not get sticky.
  6. Take a pan/kadai.Heat some oil.Add onions into it and fry till it gets golden.
  7. Add chopped capsicum,green chillies,sweet corns and ginger paste and saute for 5 minutes.
  8. Add chicken chunks and saute for 5 more minutes.Add salt and the pasta into it.
  9. Add paprika and all other herbs and cook it till 10-15 minutes.
  10. Take it on a serving dish.Pour cooked tomato sauce,add some shredded Parmesan cheese.
  11. Serve it hot.
For pasta seasoning herbs you can actually buy some dried pasta seasoning ready made herbs from the market.Your work will be easier than this.
