This is a real quick brownie which takes very minimal ingredients and which is very easy to make. So I have named it my 5 minutes quick brownie recipe. It is eggless of course. So, my vegan friends, you must give it a try to get sure shot success. This brownie is dark, moist, chocolaty and super yummy. I bet that you can’t stop eating it until it gets finished.

And by the way, this is not just any chocolate cake. This is perfectly moist and dense and has been made with very minimal ingredients, And it is flourless. You know, you can make it in the bar shape and can keep it in freeze and eat too. But for a change I have cooked the brownie this time in round shape to get the feeling of a cake.
You can also cover the brownie with dark melt chocolate to have the extra chocolate shine and feeling. You just need to keep ready some hot melt chocolate and after you will take out the brownie, just pour the chocolate on it and let it get cool in room temperature. The chocolate will be hard eventually. But I have made it in plain form today. I just have decorated it with some red beautiful cherries to make it look pretty.
So, the main ingredient of this brownie is Bourbon biscuit. Yes!You have heard it right 😀 You can use any other chocolate cream biscuit too. But Bourbon works best here. And don’t forget to add a pinch of salt while making it. It enhances the taste.And grease the bowl properly with butter before pouring the batter into it to cook.
So, once I have made it yesterday, the beautiful aroma was everywhere at my house. I let it cool for 15 minutes and then had my delicious warm brownie. It was so moist and buttery that it was almost getting melt in my mouth. And as always, my little sister could not resist and within 15 minutes the brownie was finished. I asked her to keep 2 pieces for me. She kept too. But later she ate those too! So, being the poor thing like always I had to accept the truth haha. But I am glad that my mum and sister loved it. Cause they are the biggest critics for me.

- 18-20 bourbon biscuits
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- ½ cup warm milk
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 100 gm butter (use less if you want less)
- 1 tsp baking soda or 1 Eno
- 1 pinch salt
- Take a bowl and apply butter on it to grease.
- Take a blender.Add biscuits, cocoa powder, sugar, milk, soda or Eno, remaining butter, salt into it.
- Blend it very well and make a smooth and even texture.
- Pour the batter into greased bowl.Cook it in a microwave oven for 5 minutes in high temperature.
- Cut it out keeping the bowl in room temperature for 15 minutes.
Grease the bowl with butter well before cooking and cut it once the cooked brownie will be cool so that it can come out well.
